Colossians 3
Put On The New Self
Colossians 3:1-3
If then you have been raised with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth. For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.
If we have been truly raised with Christ, it needs to reflect in our lives. We have died a life to our flesh and reborn a new life in the Spirit. We need to put off the old self and put on the new self. Paul gives very specific examples throughout the passage.
